Building Regulations
We will provide construction drawings for building control and make a submission on your behalf. We will liaise with building control and answer any technical issues.
Tender
We will provide copies of drawings and construction specification for tendering the building work. We will advise on suitable contractors and deal with them on your behalf.
Contract
Where required we can provide contract administration on your behalf. We can advise on suitable contracts, provide architect's certification and inspect progress of the works on site.
