Neil Braithwaite Architect Ltd was formed in 2008 on the back of an expanding Wirral client base, with regular commissions in the commercial retail and private healthcare sector. We deal with a wide range of clients, from private homeowners to national healthcare and retail groups. We undertake extensions, conversions, new build, conservation and more....
Neil Braithwaite has over 10 years of experience in the world of architecture, and is registered with the Architects Registration Board as a practising architect.

We generally cover Liverpool, Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, Denbighshire and Flintshire. However, we regularly undertake many commercial projects throughout the country and on occasion in Europe.
About Us
After qualifying as an architect in 1999 from Liverpool University, Neil Braithwaite worked at a large Liverpool-based architectural practice, where he gained experience in the commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors. Projects included:

- Housing Development, Lacey Street, Widnes
In 1992 he joined Braithwaite Associates Architectural Services and Development Consultants, a practice formed by his father in 1980. Based in County Durham, the practice is involved in housing association, private nursing care, industrial and private residential sectors. They have good experience in rural Conservation, particularly barn conversions.
Neil Braithwaite Architect Ltd continues to work in collaboration Braithwaite Associates enabling them to cover a wider catchment area.
